All The Homes’ A Stage: Quick Tips for Staging Your Rental Home

Whether you are selling a home or preparing to rent it for investment, the way you present the home to your new potential occupants is critical.

The infographic below, created by the Real Estate Staging Association, may provide you insights into renting your property quickly and efficiently. Some checklist items below.

Kitchen: replace old appliances with stainless steel, swap old countertops for new, and clean, clean, clean.

Bathrooms: keep it clean, and new, too.

Carpets: Get rid of the old stained carpets.

Paint: Nothing says fresh like a new coat (or coats) of paint.

Lights: Have plenty of them, and make sure they all work to light up your house.

Garage: If you have one, it should clearly accommodate today’s mini-vans, SUV’s and trucks.

Curb appeal: An appealing front door, window trims, moldings, and colorful and trimmed landscaping may help bring renters in.
